This 5 week course is the ideal way to start your practice. You’ll gain a strong and safe foundation from which you can confidently explore Power Yoga. Under the guidance of Csilla you’ll learn in a supportive and stimulating environment.
These classes will introduce you to the central postures, their names and correct alignment principles. You will also learn breathing and meditation techniques. Expect to strengthen your body, increase your mobility and calm your mind.
