Asana and Nidra Workshop with John Collins
Saturday 21st October | 2.30- 4.30pm
A chance to explore your asana practice with a little space: to be still, to move and then to rest. Yoga offers some of the most useful tools for a healthier life available. Fortunately, they seem to be very simple, and in this workshop I want to keep it simple.
To begin with a little meditation then an extended vinyasa based sequence, using, as ever the breath to bind the postures together, followed by Yoga Nidra (a guided relaxation or yogic sleep) and in addition, a nice head rub. Open to all, this workshop will be playful, fun, and full of terrible jokes, probably.
