Arm Balances with Nina Soutsou

Warm up, conditioning & technique for arm balances like crow, koundinyasana, galavasana & more. Whether you are in class and the pace is fast for you to even try those poses or you are keen to learn more advanced variations & transitions like one legged crow, jump backs, crow to head stand etc this is a workshop for all of you!
We are going to start by warming up the body and preparing the key areas needed for each asana and then learn the technique step by step how to get into them using some “tricks” & props. Arm balances might look challenging at first after this workshop you will be able to apply them in your practice!!
