I went to the pregnancy yoga classes during my second pregnancy, from 3 months to the week before my due date. This weekly hour was a very special moment for me, in my busy life (full time job + 4 years old boy). It was the opportunity for me to focus on my little unborn baby and send him all these positive thoughts.
