Mona Lisa Godfrey (leading Spring Training)
Mona Lisa Godfrey is E-500 RYT, with years of extensive training and immersion in the yoga community. Her dedication to the practice has carried her teachings around the globe. Mona has launched, directed, and instructed at studios and retreat centres in the U.S, Australia, South East Asia, and most recently in the U.K.

Caroline Pegna (leading Autumn Training)
Caroline first started practising yoga whilst travelling and living abroad back in 2008. She has explored many different styles, but has always come back to Power Vinyasa Yoga. Caroline originally trained with Duncan Peak, but since then she has also trained with Lance Schuler, The Yoga People and Tiffany Cruikshank. Her passion is teaching in both Yin and Yang yoga styles.

Pete Cherry (Spring & Autumn Training)
Pete is a fully qualified instructor of Yoga and Zen meditation. He has trained with Erich Schiffmann at the Santa Barbara Yoga institute, Dr Shrikrishna, a leading authority on Pranayama, and Daizan Roshi, the first Westerner to become a Zen master. He also studied the Philosophy of Yoga at the Oxford Centre for Hindu studies. Pete is a graduate of the TPYC training programme and regularly teaches at the studio.
Pete Cherry will be teaching:
Philosophy, Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Nidra, Mantras and Sanskrit.
Cal Wansbrough (Spring & Autumn Training)
Cal is a highly experienced and certified vinyasa and yin yoga teacher. She has 500 hour certification and teaches classes, workshops and teacher trainings throughout South West London. She has trained with numerous teachers, most significantly, Paul & Suzee Grilley, Sarah Powers, Baron Baptiste and Tiffany Cruishank.
